To stretch the area beneath your chin, pucker your lips as if you're kissing the ceiling.
Stop puckering your lips and return your head to its usual position.
4. Extend your tongue
Stick your tongue out as far as you can while looking straight ahead.
Raise your tongue toward your nose and lift it upward.
Hold for ten seconds before releasing.
5. Stretch your neck
Look up at the ceiling with your head tilted back.
Your tongue should be pressed on the roof of your mouth.
Hold for 5–10 seconds before releasing.
6. The bottom jaw juts out
Look up at the ceiling with your head tilted back.
Shift your gaze to the right.
Forward-slide your bottom jaw.
Hold for 5–10 seconds before releasing.
Turn your head to the left and repeat the process.

Diet and exercise can help to reduce a double chin.
If you have a double chin as a result of weight gain, decreasing weight may help to reduce or eliminate it. Eating a nutritious diet and exercising frequently are the greatest ways to reduce weight.

The following are some healthy eating tips:
Consume four servings of vegetables every day.
Consume three servings of fruits each day.
Whole grains should be used instead of processed grains.
Processed foods should be avoided.
Poultry and fish are good sources of lean protein.
Olive oil, avocados, and nuts are all good sources of healthful fats.
Fried meals should be avoided.
Low-fat dairy products should be consumed.
Sugar consumption should be reduced.

The Mayo Clinic suggests that you engage in moderate physical activity for up to 300 minutes per week, or about 45 minutes per day, to help you lose weight. Strength training should be done twice a week, according to the experts.
